It's Saturday night and Mrs Skoob has gone out with our grandaughter to buy beer and a McDonald's from the drive thru. It'll probably materialise about an hour ago.

Regards

Skoob.

Wow! McDonalds! What a way to spend a Saturday night!

Mine isn't any better. The wife is out of town and I'm eating bean burritos and watching tv this evening.

Haven't had a McDonalds in ages.

Don't really care for it.

But our granddaughter's staying with us and she loves them.

So we're doing pretty much the same as you right now J-Man.

A little TV and a lot of quality time with my favourite grandchild. She's ten now. But if she wants to watch Hannah Montana...

Hell, I'd probably let her.

Regards

Skoob.

We should fly to San Antonio and join Abel for some cheap, delicious Mexican food at Yuvia's some day.

I don't know if they had them in the U.K. but Burger King featured an "Angry Whopper" for a while with jalapenos, grilled onions, pepper cheese, etc.

I wrote a reasonably funny spoof expecting McDonald's to follow suit, though they never did:

I boycotted Mc (crap) Donalds years ago and feel quite chuffed about it, at least my boycott has reduced the levels of crap thrown on the floor here in Holland! My own personal war against global degeneration! (+ others)

Whoa there!

We only got McDonald's to please my granddaughter!

We once took her and her mam to Paris. Her Mam insisted on McDonald's! In one of the culinary capitals of the world!

I refused to even go in!

Me and the Mrs had a rare steak in a lovely restaurant near the Ecole Militaire, near the Eiffel Tower.

The kid's playing on the Wii as I type this.

She thinks you can sit down and do it like Playstation.

Hang on - she's started on me now with the verbals.

Bloody women!

Henpecked.

My granddaughter says that my screen name is utterly stupid.

And that I am completely stupid.

Got to go.

I'm gonna kick her up the arse.

Oh dear, or dear, oh dear.....

Why couldn't you just say you didn't like the fact that their food is complete and utter sloppy shit?

JB (or whoever!) it must be Sunday, first I am in Sync with Fergy, and now miracle upon miracle, with you too!!!

BTW Skoob, no offence, I can read through your works that you also are disgusted at what these global crap producers get away with! (it wasn't personal!)

Did you read my comments about MAN U against Bayern?

McDonald's food is, and always has been, second rate crap.

However, it has always been fast, cheap, and consistent crap.

When my kids were younger, we had to go for the playgrounds, the Happy Meals, and due to the ad campaign. After they were grown up enough not to care about that, we only went in occasionally.

Now, with the current philosophy of the company, I choose not to support them (my right, at least until Obama removes that freedom too).

My family and I have been personally boycotting McDonalds all year also.

We started this year when Mickey D's became the single largest monetary supporter of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance. In fact, they give them so much money that the Golden Arches gets a seat on the faggot board.

I am not buying cheap and crappy food just to support the fudge packers.

I still think about the awfull McDonald's hamburger that a woman kept wrapped up, and unrefrigerated for 25 years. It didn't shrink, deteriorate, or rot. In fact, they showed a photo of it and it looked pretty much like it was made the day before.
What's in that crap anyway?

It's the chemicals Buck.

Beware of the chemicals.

My dad used to keep an assortment of chemicals.

No idea why.

But trust me on this one.

It's the chemicals.

Does Obama have a master plan to make Jalapenoman eat McDonalds burgers and fries?
Really?

Their food tastes like slimey, gooey muck mixed with sugar. It is horrible.
That should have been enough to put you off rather than some other weird problem you have with their 'philosophy'.

Be worried when your son comes home one day wearing a feather boa as an act of rebellion against your beliefs!

I'm just sayin', thats all....

Aw, what's the matter, Buck? Isn't the government already forcing enough information out of these corporations for you?
