I was just watching the news on television a few minutes ago and reading the crawler on the bottom of the screen.

I read something that I cannot believe:

The Obama White House issued a statement saying that the current economic conditions are starting to show a slowing down and even a turnaround. They are basing this on the fact that only 1/4 as many people are googling the term "economic depression".

HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK WE ARE?

My biggest Michael Jackson stories are not longer raking in 1000+ hits a day, but he's still dead.

People are not googling the forgotten words right now to Christmas carols, but this does not mean that Christmas has been cancelled.

Further proof that this country gets what it deserves for electing this spin-doctor/idiot/wingnut.

Okay, I've already wirtten a Spoof on this for magazine (well, it's more of a rant)
