Paul's running a blog competition at his work and he asked me to mention it here so it's not just him and me visiting it

It's called review of life, and it is a review of everything that happens in his life, from the mundane to the not so mundane. It's his latest project, he hopes it'll go somewhere but he's not sure quite where just yet

http://www.reviewoflife.com/

p.s. For anyone who might not be aware, Paul is my brother and he and I made The Spoof. Without him, none of this would be here, so go give him some feedback on his blog!

Mark

I'll give it a go. Anything to support the spoof, but unfortunately I'm just a dimwit, I don't get quite what you want or where you expect me to post it.

Ah sweet revenge, remember when you tried to tell me what constituted a news story?

I'll post when I know what's what.

Regards (and sorry, couldn't resist that)

I liked the chips article a lot.

I'm very passionate about how the perfect chip should be cooked.

In beef dripping, ideally, but it's not that easy to get hold of these days.

If using oil, then old oil gives the most flavour. You can clean up old oil by filtering it through a clean cloth.

Skoob.

I'll look at this blog again. Not much time right now, but it's good . Well done.

My stepdad used to have a fish and chip shop, Skooby. When I was about 13, I started making the chips for him at the shop.

Do you want to know about it?

Dunno really Monkey. I make pretty nice chips. But always with proper potatoes. Those oven chips and the twiggy things they serve in fast food outlets do nothing for me.
Maris Piper potatoes make nice chips, as do sweet potatoes, but then sweet potatoes are a bit of a break with tradition.

Skoob.

I was going to write a review of it on that Review Of Life site, but I can't work out how to do it.

I'm not very clever like that.

Mark,

I looked at it and it comes across to me as just another one of those facebook kinds of things. Is that what I am supposed to see or is it something different?

Sorry that this does not sound positive, but I'm not into that kind of thing.
