Am....

Got lost on the interweb the other day and came across (sorry!) this site and liked what I saw. I always enjoyed a little writing, so signed up and have made a small few contributions.

But having read this thread I feel the need to point out that I am neither Marvin or Cheryl.
I have no strong opinions on infinity and I've two kids so that discounts my virginity credentials.

Hope that clears up any suspicions that might come my way.

Oh, and hello all!

Reminds me of the great comedy song by Joe Bob Briggs:

"Well, You Said You Was A Virgin But Your Baby Ain't Named Jesus"

Welcome aboard. Your strong denials up front however, make us think that you are Marvin/Chryl. Now prove you're not!

"The lady doth protest too much"..

Or as Mark Twain said, "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"

Well it seems I've managed to open my mouth and not remove doubt, but rather create suspicion. So I guess you'll just have to read some of my articles and make up your own mind.

For the record, I'm a 33 year old father of two from the west of Ireland with a slight interest in agricultural issues.

But I could be lying..

Welcome 'makingjam',

Great to see some one from the wesht.

If you need anything.

Anything at all.

Just ask. You will probably see over time that I am the most compassionate, caring and sensitive person ever to write on this site.

Honestly. Ask anyone!

Fergus McCarthy.

Once I accidentally watched two minutes of 'Jam and Jerusalem' on tv. Does that count?
