I'm a big fan of mozzarella, made from Buffalo milk.

Just as well the Italians looked after them after the Americans managed to virtually wipe them off the face of the earth.

China Town? Te Chinese don't touch cheese - No taste - just like that 'O'Blien'.

Talking of the great man:

The Frogs have some weird cheeses, far too putrid for most palates - they are goat milk cheeses. One isc alled 'Crottin' - it means 'little turd'. There's another one too, Valencay -it's yellowish to start with thent hey roll it in ashes; it turns really nasty in a short time. There's another one, a heart-shaped black one with a blackl abel called 'Coeur de Berry'.

Berry btw is a regio nof France next to the Auvergne and home to a town called Saint-Denis-de-Palin. There's another town there called Charly - hate to think what they put in the cheese there.

Stink out the whole place between them they do .

Look it up if you don't believe me - not worth making a mistake is it.

Just to be clear, they are: Crottin, Valencay and the Black hearted one, Coeur de Berry
