No the whole essence of the top draw bout of sporadic nastiness is, as the term implies, in the very sporadic nature of the diatribe. The insulter has to make the insultee feel utterly browbeaten and owned, a bit like you would with a prison bitch.

The insultee has to be gently and cunningly lured into a sense of tranquillity and then be put completely off their guard before you hit them right between the eyes with the vitriolic nastiness.
