Yes. Along with the scene where Justin Bieber drops the water balloon on the Wicked Witch, causing her to melt.

Scenes Cut From The Wizard of Oz:

The scene were the dwarf actors who were portraying the Munchkins all got drunk the night before and "Gang Tickled" Dorothy.

I read about the midgets having some wild parties while that was being filmed. Hadn't heard about the tickling!

Scenes cut from the movie, The Wizard of Oz:

The Cowardly Lion and Toto the dog simultaneously crap on the floor when they first hear the Terrible Voice of the Wizard!

Another scene cut from the movie was Dorothy, she thought 'secretly'adding sulphuric acid and other corrosive acids to the water thrown over the Wicked Witch.

The scarecrow wanted a brain. Then it was "BRAINS! BRAINS! BRAINS!" from then on.

They also cut the scene where Dorothy pulled all the stuffing from the Scarecrow to make a mattress and used the Tinman's head as a kettle.

There was another attempt to make this scene work with baked beans and they sat around farting. This was later stolen for use in Blazing Saddles!

When they first started looking at adapting the The Wizard of Oz, Hollywood of course wanted to completely change the title before finally settling on the original. These were some the top titles in the running:

Strange Little People in a Place With Lots of Pastel Colors
The Wizard of Welshland
The Wizard of Ed

They also failed to mention that the Tin Man without a heart was a Republican and the Scarecrow without a brain was a Democrat.
