Nutcases At It Again

'CLIMATE CHANGE' CALL TO GIVE UP AIR CONDITIONING! BUT HEAT WOULD CREATE RIOTS!

Funny snippet, Bureau.

If you want to save money on your gas bill, try turning your window air conditioner around in the winter. The heat radiating from the back side ought to keep you nice and toasty!

How about:

Nutcases At It Again

'CLIMATE CHANGE' CALLS FOR PEOPLE TO STOP MOVING TO PLACES WHERE IT'S SO F**KING HOT!

To save money and the planet.

Eat tins of beans morning noon and night. Connect a hose to your arse, and direct the fart gas into your heating system!

Job done

Why is it that when it is 110 degrees (or hotter) in the Southwest, nobody cares.

When the thermostats crack 95 in the Northeast, we all have to hear the whining of those idiots because of their heatwave.

Shut up and grow a pair!

Put one of them in Arizona, New Mexico, West Texas, Southern Utah, Nevada, or the California Desert for one day and they might change their tunes about what is "hot."

I hate Eastern Weinies, even though they go perfect with their own Boston Baked Beans (they cause a lot of gas and stink the place up).

Yeah but isn't it a dry heat? Easier to take? I know fuck all about it, it's just what I've heard.

When humidity is at 100%, the atmosphere contains as much moisture as it will hold. That means sweat won't evaporate, which helps keep you cool.

So, is 130 degrees in a dry sauna any more uncomfortable than 130 degrees in a wet sauna. NO! They are both hot. Don't give me that dry heat/wet heat crap. I've also lived on the gulf coast where it's 100 degrees and 95% humidity all summer long.

I still say that they are wimps.

Heat eh?

Science again.

So - if it's true that friction generates heat, as most physicists appear to agree, is the case...

How long do you have to fuck a bucket of water before it boils?

Just saying...

Skoob.

Stop it! Stop it! I heard Phil Liggert commentating on the Tour de France a couple of days ago and he said it was 100 degrees Celsius over there.

Honest! That's exactly what he said.

Mind you he also said something about aluminium and mocked the American pronuciation of it. He doesn't KNOW it IS spelled ALUMINUM in these 'ere parts.

He's hilarious. I just watch the Tour to hear his 'comedy' but he is actually being serious. I wonder if he is related to George W. Hmmm!

Regarding 'effing' the bucket Skoob (if I may be so familiar as to 'shorten your name)..... wouldn't you have the bloody sense to remove your 'member' before the water REACHED boiling point? Therefore, you'd NEVER get the water to boil....

Just a thought.

Well Skoob...SOMEONE has to save you lot from yourselves. Seems I got here in the nick of time. So to speak

I will stay here until my job is done, or my computer dies, or Mark bans me, or you lot 'tire of me', or the world ends, or I run out of things to say. Which is likely to be NEVER!

Impervious to pain, me.

I might only be 4'11" and somewhat fragile.

But I'm well hard.

When I'm not crying and asking for me mam.

Isaac Newton suspended a bucket

Of water with rope, then he spun it.

It turned 'round and 'round,

Then came crashing down

When Skoob here attempted to fuck it!

Thank you SFO

I don't really know why.

But...thank you.

Very much.

(Does this make me a bucketfucker now? Ah well. That's a new one. And more complimentary than most of the abuse I usually get here.)

I'm getting tired now.

Hi Skoob,

Does thrashing something around in a bucket actually make the water hotter if it was insulated as much as possible but not under any pressure?

I've had a scout for info on Google but the jury is still out.

It would mean water rushing down a rocky gully would also be heated.

To be honest with you Jimbo,

I have no idea.

I just parrot on to fill out the dead space.

Comme ci comme ca
