J-Man was the inspiration for this thread.

So blame him if it all goes wrong.

If it takes off, just 5 star all my crap stories.

Earliest memory:

Sylvia Simms in the movie 'Ice Cold In Alex' - that beer drinking finale surely stayed with me.

Marilyn in 'Some Like It Hot' - Shoo boo be doop

Our very own Audrey Hepburn in 'Breakfast At Tiffany's' You just wanted to cuddle her.

Raquel Welch in 'One Million Years BC' but by that time you wanted to more than cuddle her. The only woman in living memory who looked better than her daughter at her daughter's wedding. Believe Tedejas was her real name. Jeeze! (Could be flawed with the name but I'm doing this without research)

Twiggy - the model, actress, and advertising icon. Common as muck over here but she used to make my knees wobble.

Any ideas?

Skoob.

I'm going to assume that you mean "celebrities" and not the girl down the street kind of things.

Okay, there was Kristy McNichol (who was kind of tomboyish).

I also really had the hots for Jane Seymour after Live and Let Die (released when I was 15 or 16 years old). She was 18 when she played a Bond girl.

I also had a secret crush on Susan Dey from the Partridge Family (so much better looking than any of the Brady girls).

Another biggie for me was Nastassja Kjinski (and I know that I probably spelled that wrong).

David Duchovny as FBI agent Fox Mulder. I don't really like him in any other role. Just Mulder.

Handsome, brilliant and a tad 'off'. We'd have been the perfect couple except he went and married some bitch and fathered 2 kids with her.

Oh, and I was only about 12 at the time.

Hattie Jacques.

Did you mean:

"Who did you have a crush on, as a kid?" or:

"Who would you have put through a crusher, as a kid?"?

How could I forget Goldie Hawn!

I first saw Butterflies Are Free when I was about 14. Goldie spends a good part of the movie running around in just a white bra and white panties. I was in love.

I also fell head over heels for Joey Heatherton and Karen Valentine.

My favorite singer, based on looks, was Karen Carpenter. As she had the voice to match, it was perfect.

Jalapenoman,

I liked Joey Heatherton also. Along with Ann Margret, Bo Derek, and Donna Mills.

And Sophia Loren.

How could I have missed her?

She was still a babe in 'Grumpy Old Men' with two of my all time comedy heroes, Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau. Abel mentioned Ann Margret, I can only remember seeing her in a spoof western with Arnold Schwarzenegger but recall that she was a babe, and SFO mentioned Donna Summer, great call, something very mysterious and sensual about Donna.

I also liked the actress who played MRS Cunningham in 'Happy Days' though her name escapes me.

Skoob.

Well, I'm surprised no one mentioned Bridgette Bardot..She was incredibly hot and sexy. Ursula Andress, Gina Lolobrigida, Tuesday Weld, and Liz Taylor were hot too.

Yeah Donna Summers was hot, but I was much older so she really wasn't a childhood fantasy.

Skoob,

Mrs. Cunningham's real name was Marion Ross.

The spoof western that Ann Margret appeared in with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Kirk Douglas was The Villian. However, in the United Kingdom it was released as Cactus Jack.

Thanks for that Abel.

It was Cactus Jack, quite a funny film.

Sometimes, I get an idea and start typing, and then realise that maybe I should have checked it out first.

Actually your Avatar reminds me of my feline maths teacher's behind, who I secretly loved!

Aagh, those were the days, than came page three and spoilt it all!
