Well, it seems like ages since I was on that televisual box, being a sex-mad Dickensian fop, doesn't it?

I used to write books, like David Walliams. I acted with Helen Mirren, I mean really, my opinion seemed to count for something. I was like the bargain basement version of Stephen Fry. Those were the days, weren't they?
