I've got my oar in for the local elections fiasco.

I launched a new £1bn "Youth Contract", promising every young person the opportunity to "earn or learn"!

It will offer unemployed 18 to 24-year-old yobbo's a government-subsidised job, an apprenticeship or work experience to help them find a route into work.

Of course it will never mature into anything, but it sounds good. And it keeps my name in the press.
