I fully support bringing back National Service for these reasons: Better sense of cultural belonging and shared values; National Identity and better social Responsibility; Better multicultural respect (everyone is the same in a trench); Much better rates of fitness and lower rates of Obesity and Diabetes and Real life skills not some poxy university degree that teaches you nothing about the real world.

But remember this doesn't have to be military - any civil engineering, industrial commercial or social work will build better communities!"
