The missus said in the Inquirer:

"I'd never say never about another baby," says Victoria Beckham, 38, who has four kids with soccer God husband David Beckham - sons Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 9, Cruz, 7, and daughter Harper, 1. - "It's a juggling act - a career, family, a husband who's busy. But I'd never say never!"

She might have used another phrase than 'But I'd never say never!', it could be misconscrued you know!
