image for High School Musical 3 Birds don't need a marriage licence because they are free from slavery

In high school musical 3 there is a scene where Corbin Bleu gets married with Vanessa Anne Hudgens. They hold the wedding in Las Vegas and then a month later they divorce.

Ashley Tisdale who is a friend of Vanessa refers her to Tisdale's personal attorney who is played by Zac Efron.

Corbin calls Tisdale asking her for information about Vanessa's divorce case. A fight breaks out over the phone leaving Corbin swearing at Tisdale

Vanessa visits Zac in his law firm where she falls in love with him and they have an affair right in his law office.

Vanessa tells Zac "I want to get a no-fault divorce." He tells her that she has no need to file for divorce anymore because that is a violation of the Constitution.

Zac tells her, some states do not have laws that allow a couple to participate in a legal separation. In those states, you are married until a court decides otherwise.

If a divorce is sought in a condition where the courts violate the Constitution, then papers are illegally required.

The original petition or letter of complaint is then served on the respondent.

There is a scene were Zac is outside his law firm and he tells reporters, "As stated in the constitution, which is the highest law in the land, a person does not need to file any divorce papers with the court based on the Thirteenth Amendment Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

He says the courts violate the thirteenth amendment when they start a marriage and they end a marriage with legal papers and proceedings. When children are born, DNA test and hospital records can identify the parents of children to protect the children's rights in identifying the correct parents.

Zac Efron gives the definition of slavery, "Slavery is 1. submission to a dominating influence 3 a: the state of a person who is a chattel of another b: the practice of slaveholding"

Weather a couple wants to get together, is together, does not want to be together, gets back together again or they get counseling in their relationship, is not the affair of the courts.

Laws and the court system cannot control a couple's relationship because the laws and courts would be guilty of involuntary servitude.

Zac tells, "A declaration need not be filed with the courts, a person can walk away from a marriage at any time, and it's the same as being legally divorced. The same rule would apply across the entire world."

Zac at another press briefing says, "In 1993, parents in Wisconsin became upset because a test was being administered to their children in the government schools which was very invasive of the family's privacy. When parents complained, they were shocked by the school bureaucrats who informed them that their children were required to take the test by law and that they would have to take the test because they (the government school) had jurisdiction over their children. When parents asked the bureaucrats what gave them jurisdiction, the bureaucrats answered, "your marriage license." Judicially, and in increasing fashion, practically, a state marriage license has far-reaching implications."

In a situation of joint custody over property and a business partnership, the courts would have jurisdiction over those issues.

The courts can only have jurisdiction over child custody, child support, and alimony because those situations involve a person's rights over children and obligations to maintain those children.

The courts can demand a petition be filed for child custody, child support and alimony based on the termination of a union. The word "union" would be constitutionally correct in identifying the previous condition that led up to the custody battle.

Zac then says, "Rich men like Michel Jackson don't need to worry about lawyers, divorce, palimony, alimony, child custody, child support, restraining orders, protective orders, or multi-million dollar divorce settlements since all they have to do is buy the eggs of female geniuses from foreign countries, then hire a surrogate mother to give birth to all their children and most of their problems are gone forever.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
