Profile: Born in the late 17th century, Mr Hobbs was often found playing with worms, as a young lad.
When he was 13 he decided that schooling was not for him so he became a monk. At 15 he realised there was no God, so he became a devout Satanist. Two months passed and he came to the conclusion that you simply couldn't have one without the other, so he set off on a world tour to see if he could work out what, exactly, life was all about.
He reached the grand age of thirty when he was harshly, and rather unfairly, killed by a band of roaming un-dead.
Not to be set back by this unfortunate turn of events he set about trying to change people's perceptions of zombies.
He spent the next few hundred years forming, running and expanding the 'Lay Off The Dead' foundation. With over six million members worldwide, the foundation is constantly growing in numbers, and only last year won a Dr. Basil Wormwood golden gong for 'outstanding work in the field of afterlife studies'.
Mr Hobbs resides today at his home in Oxfordshire, UK. His mobility is now somewhat diminished due to the severe bout of leg rot that has become a blight to him in recent decades.
He reads writes, and enjoys walking his 190 year old springer spaniel, Charlie.
His thanks and love go to his partner, Miss Zombie 13, for helping to transcribe his thoughts on to this site, the loss of his fingers, though inevitable, was and still is a painful memory to him.
