At school today we began looking into our ancestry and I was anxious to get home to ask dad and mom about our family.
"My side of the family was Polish", stated Dad. "We have suffered many jokes but were glad to get to move to the America."
Mom didn't know much about her family as several died in a house fire when she was small.
"But your Uncle Joe was definitely British! I know that because he would sit me on his knee and 'horsey' and he always had a stiff upper lap!"
