The Rolling Stones have been around, it seems, since the Earth cooled. But alas, time finally forced even the ageless and intrepid Rolling Stones to contemplate leaving the loud, psychedelic, pulsating world of rock music.
Surprisingly, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards did more than merely leave show business; they opted for the sedate, quiet life in the English countryside where they raised birds. After several years of successful bird breeding, Mick and Keith walked out on their property, walked around the more than 100 acres of trees, fields, marshes, and all else that contributed to successful bird breeding, and sat under a tree and talked about their wildly successful enterprise.
Above them, a nest of starlings was disturbed by Keith and Mick's chatter, and the mother bird became so agitated that she defecated; her droppings fell from the overhanging branch and landed on both Mick and Keith, thus getting two Stones with one bird.
