I think that if our own country became more violent and became like a lot of countries you hear about in Africa and the Middle East, I'd try to make my date always feel special.
Instead of her walking behind me several paces, I'd let her walk several paces in front of me, but would rush to open the door for her to go in first.
Also, I'd want her to be fat enough to absorb most of the blast.
