A stranger walks into a Western Saloon, approaches the bar and orders a whiskey.

He looks around and says to the Barman,

"It's purdy quiet in this here town and saloon. What's going on? Where are all the folks?"

Barman answered, "Oh, they're all at the hangin' ".

"Who're they hangin'?" asked the stranger?"

"The Brown Paper Man," answered the Barman.

"Huh! Who's he, that's a strange name?"

"Well he got the name because he wears a brown paper hat, brown paper shirt, brown paper pants and brown paper boots."

"What's he being hung for?" asked the curious stranger.

Barman answered, "'RUSTLING".
