MILWAUKEE – Local authorities are reporting that overnight thieves broke into the Charmin Warehouse located on Soft Street and made off with 9,000 rolls of toilet paper. Surveillance cameras captured the three thieves who were dressed as Milwaukee Bucks basketball players. The highly professional thieves managed to take the 9,000 rolls of TP in just under 55 seconds. Here's another Baltimore Bank Raid-type story.

I haven't edited it yet. I might never bother.

When I first came here almost 10 years ago, I was under the impression that being at the top of the writers chart had everything to do with good writing. Without reading many of his efforts, I posted something asking Abel how he was so prolific and so good.

There was a large response to my post with some saying that what he wrote wasn’t their cup of tea, many being sarcastic about my posting this which is typical here and others giving Abel huge accolades. At the time, given his position at the top of the charts, I was surprised there were any negative comments at all.

I frequently regret things I post here. That’s one I regret. ( likely this one is too )

You see the thing about Spectrum was that he had a certain queerness about him. He couldn't write for toffee, but he was a queer fish in many ways. I think queerness is very important, when it comes to humour. Unless you're satirising the facile idiocy of much of Western culture, perhaps.
