The lack of women in China, due to female infanticide, has meant many Chinese men are hard up as they cannot find wives.
In previous years there were noodles of prospective wives but now cow mean has meant the thumbs down for a fair chunk of males.
'There's no spare rib around' said Wu Aru son of Wu Du Youtinkur 'we are having to think of men finding male mates but this would soy us in the eyes of many.'
The word has gone out for special immigration rights for women of marriageable age who can go to China to find a husband. Currently there are several women in their fifties and sixties ready for the challenge, but Chinese men are particular about their spare rib being tender so problems are on the hoizon.
The other course if for the few women in China to have several 'husbands' and there is quite an appetite for this dish. One young lady, Suey Prong, is keen to have several males partners but they would have to cook her meals and look after her children so she had time to satisfy as many men as possible.
All in all China's soup is not clear and the menu is not very appetising.
