image for Greek Tragedy
IMF poised for action

The Greeks have a word for it: Tragedy. It is part of their history and now the Greeks are struggling under the Sword of Damocles, which may fall at any time.

'It is about time the Greeks realised who is charge' complained a member of the International Monetary Fund 'like so many others they insist in thinking that they should make the decisions.'

'If you can't screw you own people efficiently we can do it for them' sniped another IMF member.

'Greece has the option of leaving the Eurozone and returning to the Drachma but they must be kept in as an example to the others' said another IMF member 'we must have their failure there for everyone else to be scared of. In that way we can make sure that we continue to make the rules.'

So no one will cut the cord of the sword that dangles over Greece. The Greek Tragedy is set for a few more acts. It is the tragedy which maintains the safety of the world order.

Make j.w.'s day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
