Pakistan - Breaking news alleges that the trigger man who pulled the plug on Al Qaeda leader, Osama Bin Laden was none other than former New York City taxi driver, Travis Bickle.
Who was portrayed with chilling intensity by Robert DeNiro in Martin Scorcese's movie, Taxi Driver.
With Cybill Shepherd, Harvey Keitel, and a young Jodie Foster. But not Bruce Willis.
Sources described the scene as Navy SEAL, Bickle, entered Bin Laden's compound in Abbotabad and came face to face with the terrorist mastermind.
"They stood eyeball to eyeball," a witness reported. "Bin Laden Muttered something in Arabic, and Bickle asked him if he was talking to him. Several times. When Bin Laden reached for a weapon, Bickle shot him. Four times I think. Then Bickle's sidearm jammed, and an enraged and wounded Bin Laden pounced on him. Bickle then stabbed him through the hand with a knife, and produced a small caliber weapon from a mechanical slide arrangement concealed up his sleeve and shot the Al Qaeda leader three times in the face. That did for him and he finally dropped dead."
This account directly contradicts an earlier claim that Bin Laden had been shot by a clone of James Cagney's character, Cody Jarrett, from the movie, White Heat.
Travis Bickle is reportedly on top of the world.
