Lady, cinema's famous Cocker Spaniel and international pet advocate, has weighed into the recent research findings that humans who sleep with their pets can catch their diseases.
Flanked by her rascally consort, Tramp, the voluptuous canine panted sexily at the podium at the Waldorf-Astoria yesterday during a noontime press conference.
The conference was held to answer scientific findings that, according to CDC researchers, people who sleep with their pets are more likely to get E. coli, Salmonella, and norovirus.
"I'm very frustrated that every time humans have a problem they're not to blame," Lady said. "Now, they're putting the blame on us for their diarrhea. I won't be surprised if they want us to clean up after them when they poo-poo."
During the press conference, Tramp was asked if he agreed with his fiancee's statements.
"Most assuredly I do," he began. "In fact, we're the ones at risk when we get into bed with these bipeds. I personally have had to get treated for Chlamydia and GC. You see, there are bitches and then there are BITCHES!"
