Santiago, Chile - Chileans awoke today to a chilly January day, despite the Summer season. The cold weather was a shock to many, according to Chick Chichano. Mr. Chichano is a recent immigrant to Chile from Chicago. He is the Chief Operating Officer of a new food company called Hot Chili From Chile.
"Champ, it's chilly in Chile today!" said the friendly Mr. Chichano. Christ it's cold!"
Mr. Chichano's company makes a chunky chili with lots of chili beans and cheap chunks of chewy chicken instead of beef.
"I know, I know, everyone here calls me El Cheapo!" chortled Mr. Chichano. "I chose to use chicken instead of choice cuts of beef. Cheap chili cheats Chileans, I guess. At least the chili peppers are locally grown in Chechen."
Mr. Chichano checked the chilly forecast again, and hoped it would increase his company's chili sales.
"The good thing about the chilly weather in Chile is that it gives Chileans the chance to change their eating habits and chew on something new. Chances are if there isn't a change in the chilly weather soon, Hot Chili From Chile could become Chilly Chile From Chile and I might have to move to Chechnya!"
