Ottawa Canada: Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced today that Canada has declared war on the United States. A full page ad was also placed in the New York Times. This startling declaration of war only applies to the states of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California.
The new policy of the Canadian government is a consequence of Canada having 200,000 illegal immigrants out of a total population of 34 million people. The USA has 12 million illegal immigrants out of a total population of 310 million people. While Canada's illegal population is small compared to the USA, the authorities wish to correct the problem of further illegal immigration, forthwith.
Canada has secretly built an invisible security fence along its 2400 mile land border with the USA in four months. The security fence excludes the Alaskan border with the Yukon Territory of Canada (750 miles), as who in their right mind would want to live in this part of either country. The Canadian government has unilaterally secured the Canadian/USA border.
While furious debate abounds in Canada about the actual source of illegal immigrants, a prudent Canadian government desires to also secure the USA/Mexican border to prevent any transit of illegal immigrants across the USA to Canada. The governors of the states of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California should immediately ask for a truce, via any member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), to avoid hostilities! Then, Canada will build an invisible security fence along the 2000 mile USA land border with Mexico in 90 days.
The Canadian government has made a peaceful proposal through diplomatic channels to the US Department of State in Washington DC with respect to securing the USA/Mexican border, but has never received any official response. The Canadian government felt a declaration of war against the USA would get the attention of someone in the White House, relative to illegal immigration.
NOTE: The USA has a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of $15 trillion and a national debt of $14 trillion while Canada has a GDP of $1.3 trillion and a national debt of $500 billion. The Beijing National Bank and Trust Co. will not be involved in any transactions between Canada and the USA.
