image for College is not a dead end deal anymore

Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona signed a bill that would require all colleges in Arizona to allow students to test out of classes if they need to repeat a class.

The state of Arizona is estimating a savings of 20 million dollars when students don't have to repeat a class again . They will be administered the final test by school administrators and will have two chances to take it.

Many students don't have the ability to choose the right teachers and they experience difficulties when dealing with a poor quality teacher.

Students are also overwhelmed by classes and many fail a class, but testing out of classes that have been failed will allow students to learn and at the same time save the monetary resources of the state.

Many students like the idea because they believe it's easier to learn when they are not under stress.
