image for Chilean mine rocks start appearing on E-Bay.
Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat.

Fresh from greeting the 33 rescued miners, Chile's President Sebastian Pinera arrived in the UK with gifts of rock for the Prime Minister and the Queen.

In other news,

Rocks from the Chilean mine have started appearing on E-Bay, the online auction website.
The two samples of rock for sale are from unknown sellers who give their location as London.

'DavCamPM3' and 'LizzieQ2', the two mystery rock sellers, are thought to be friends or family of the miners who were recently rescued, as they are among the handful of people on the planet that would have access to such items.

Whoever the sellers are, they are sure to be happy with the eventual tally, as both have many bids and are already in the three figure area and still have six days to go on both auctions.

In other news,

The Queen has announced that the Buckingham Palace Christmas party is back on and that she has already placed a huge booze order with Selfridges, who don't sell fridges, but are the Queens favourite purveyor of alcohol as she no longer shops at Harrods, which used to be her convenience store of choice.
