While most other diets are based on reducing food intake and increasing exercise the "The Blowton Diet" promises you can eat all you want laying in bed drinking a big bottle of white wine while watching Teletubbies.
According to Blowton the secret to losing weight "Is to have others do the dieting for you."

Blowton says it is not difficult to get others to diet for you. He set up a website called TheBlowton.com where people get to post their weight loss and rate each other's accomplishments online for free.
