image for Three Little Kittens Recover Lost Mittens
Their mittens have been found

Three little kittens who lost their mittens have recovered the missing property, according to a report filed by the Mother Goose Police. The kittens, however, will not be allowed to keep the mittens as they are being used in evidence in an active criminal investigation.

Preliminary investigations lead to a belief that the dish was involved, as he was last seen (by three blind mice) fleeing the scene of a crime in the company of a spoon. Jack and Jill reported from their rooms at a local hospital (where Jill is suffering broken bones and bruises while Jack has the same, plus a broken crown) that they were actually pushed by dish and spoon on their escape.

Two exterminators, who were killing spiders at the home of Little Miss Muffet, verified that they saw dish and spoon in flight. They think that a local cow, who was seen jumping over the moon, may also have been a witness.

The dish and spoon are also wanted for jumping bail on the pending court case involving Humpty Dumpty's being pushed from his seat on a wall.

In a non-related story, the Pie Man that simple Simon met while going to the fair says that he is not the dessert maker responsible for the alleged food contamination experience of Little Jack Horner (who stuck his thumb in a pie and removed a plum).

Make Jalapenoman's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
