image for Prince Charles Misquoted, Meant To Say People Should Give Up Cats Instead Of Cars
Helping To Melt The Icecap

(Philadelphia, PA) Prince Charles is having a few press problems about his most recent comments regarding Global Warming. The prince was quoted as suggesting people should get rid of their cars to stop climate change, and this upset people. Prince Charles really meant to say 'cats' instead of cars.

"Yes, yes, it's all a hideous mistake!" said the heir to the throne. "It's my Windsor accent, it's a challenge for the common people to appreciate." sniffed the twit.

Prince Charles is very concerned with cats and believes they are the main cause of global warming. Al Gore is also checking into the cat problem too.

"They are warm and this adds to the ambient temperature going up, not down." he lectured. "Their purring vibrates icebergs thousands of miles away and this has caused the Arctic Ice Shelf to crack." droned the silly tosser.

The Prince has also confirmed he has 23 cats that live with him in the palace.

"Of course I do whatever I want, you bint!" he shouted. "What do you think this is?? A democracy?"
