Cell phones will scan people's identity

Beijing - China announced today that they plan to begin bar-coding infants. The Chinese minister of health lll ll lll lllll lll says "This is just another example of how China is modernizing to be more competitive in the global economy."

"Every new baby will have their identity uploaded to Facebook before they leave the hospital."

China plans on releasing a new generation of cell phones with bar-code readers built into them so people will be able to identify each other and view each other's personal data without requiring social interaction.
