Migaloo, the rare white humpback whale that has made an appearance off the east coast of Australia, has the same condition as the recently deceased 'King of Pop', Michael Jackson.
With uncanny similarity to 'Wacko Jacko' it is believed that Migaloo has vitiligo, a rare disease that discolors the face and body. This may explain why the 40 ton Pacific inhabitant is the only white whale known to man and, amazingly, its discovery in 1991 was around the same time as the world began to notice a change in the appearance of Michael Jackson.
East coast fisherman Shane Foster said, "I seen him come passed here most years and he seems to get whiter every time," before jokingly adding, "maybe he needs better sunblock eh ?".
Unconfirmed rumours also abound that Migaloo does his own self styled "sea walk", sashaying backwards across the waves before pirouetting and dropping eleganlty beneath the water.
Migaloo begins a 50 day migration on 13th July.
