image for Newly found Pertia Town has had a bad 2009!
Pertia National Airport

The newly found Pertia Town was a found town in 1979, which is located near Wellington, New Zealand and it is 8806 km². It was always known as the 'happy town'. Nothing ever went wrong there until the year 2009 approached.

The first drama was the 'Pertia Earthquake' which occured from January 1 - January 3 2009 non-stop. The earthquake was one of the world's worst earthquakes, destroying over fifty trillion objects including homes and killing over fifty thousand people and injuring several thousands of people.

Also the bushfires of Pertia were also one of the world's worst, occuring from January 5 - February 5 2009. They occured in north-western Pertia, killing over five thousand people and injuring thousands of residents in the affected areas such as Dimjar, Frimole, Jiboole and Mu-Cully. The charities raised for the bushfires raised over $4 quadrillion. Most of the money was from overseas countries such as Australia, Japan, China and Saint Helena.

The infamous murders of the Artillery Family occured on February 6 2009. The family were sleeping at 3:40 AM until the house alarm went off and the two stalkers of the family, who had been stalking them for at least five years, came to the family house and murdered the defenseless family in their sleep, causing tremor to the Flindope Street residents.

Also the famous tornado from February 10 2009 - February 12 2009 non-stop. It hit thousands of homes and killed hundreds of people leaving a grotty mess of the poor town.

Pertia is now on a drought and on the search for a very dangerous snake, which snapped a homeless resident's fingers off and killed the man. The drought began on March 2 2009 when millions of litres of water was washed away and stored to Wellington.

Pertia is going through more chaos which goes on and on. Pertia has just uncovered its first Swine Flu victim. The 12 year old boy's family came back from a holiday to Melbourne to see relatives. The boy was sick and returned to Pertia with the virus. He tested positive against the virus and his family is yet to be tested. He and his family are under quarantine and on Tamiflu. The Swine Flu could spread more and more. The boy's neighbourhood street, Georgia Street, has all its residents given Tamiflu. The Government of Pertia said "Pertia is just the strike of bad luck. There is no more silver lightings in a cloud anymore. The happy days are over. We can't expect any more surprises to happen in this unlucky town. But we cannot let anyone move out of Pertia just because of this bad luck strike."

More info will be given on this case on the news tonight at 6:00 PM.
