image for Ecuador's President Rafael Correa a junkie nutjob just like his father George W Bush
Pop's portrait hangs in Correa's bedroom

Quito - (AssoCIAted Mess): Up-and-coming Non-Aligned Crack Barons Association wannabe Rafael Correa has tested DNA positive as yet another bastard son of ex-President George W Bush.

The 36 year-old former KGB smack dealer was secretly swabbed down by the CIA during his December 2008 begging bowl trip to Iran's President Ahmadinejad.

This earned him a personal loan of $25 million from the Iranian which was laundered through the usual state smuggling channel, the now defunkt Bernard Madoff Hedge Fund.

Two days after the money cleared Madoff, 69, was arrested and charged with a $50 billion Ponzi scam.

Meanwhile NATO military intelligence investigators say that just like his father George W Bush before him Correa has made it a lifetime ambition to steal the Chevron Corporation from its rightful owners.

Bush failed on all three occasions because OPEC had put private investigators onto his personal slush fund vehicles the Arbusto Oil Corporation, the Vatican Bank and Bank if Credit & Commerce International.

All fell horribly by the wayside.

Correa meanwhile is still trying to squeeze the supermajor for $27 billion on trumped up pollution charges, largely because he is so intoxicated on power, cocaine and copious refills of Jack Daniels that his cognitive reasoning powers have sunk to those of his very own birth father.

Condosleezza Rice has been a hooker all her life.
