image for Predictable Pakistani bomb-blast choreography precedes Joe Biden's trip to Islamabad followed by the predictable conferring of the 'nation's highest honor' award!

Every visit of a US functionary to Pakistan is preceded by the predictable Pakistani choreography. Joe Biden's visit was no different. In typical fashion the following acts took place:

First there was the ubiquitous Lahore bomb-blast cleverly arranged by the Military-Mullah-ISI nexus as a way to gain US sympathy. A US official described it as the "Vee too are wictims of tarrorism" Pakistani ploy.

Then there is the handing over of captured militants who just happened to wander into the arms of the cops on the eve of the visit. This same US official described this as the "Look how we are co-operating in the war on terror" ploy.

This in turn is followed by the handing over of the dossier of evidence relating to the India-Zionist-enemies interference in Pakistani affairs. The US official said "Oh we call this the "Enemies who are destabilizing a peaceful Pakistan ploy"

The icing on the cake is the conferring of the highest civilian honor - the "True friend of Pakistan" medallion on the said official in a sycophantic butt-kissing ceremony.

The US official said "We call this the Just To Be On The Safe Side Bribe ploy. It's usually accompanied by gifts of Persian carpets, ancient vases and archaeological artifacts."

Other US officials agreed saying these visits have become very 'productive' for them even if they don't yield the desired political results. "We sure look forward to our Pakistani visits" chuckled an embassy attache.
