SPACE - Strange black light, which likely causes space to keep getting darker, seems to have another effect: It prevents white light from getting too bright. Astronomers used torches to study the formation of the black light on a dark night.
Their research supports the hard-to-fathom concept of black light as a potent force that governs the growth of white light.
Without black light, white light would keep forming, getting brighter and whiter because of light. But in the last few hundred years that hasn't happened, said Vinnie Joneas, a scientist at the Hopeless Smith Astrophysical Observatory in Cambridge.
Black light is still a new idea that came out a week ago when measurements of white light showed that space was surprisingly black.
Three car experts praised the new study, which will be in February's Playboy issue, as important to understanding a crap that is stuck to your arse but crucial to figuring out the evolution of black light.
