DPJOL approved electric chair comes with optional booster seat

Thanks to a Supreme Court opinion, deplored recently by Republican Hopeless, John McCain, the USA has been drummed out of the Death Penalty for Juvenile Offenders League.

Member nations include some of the most uncivilized savages on the planet. McCain joined China, Congo, Iran, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Yemen in denouncing the US Supreme Court ruling that executing juveniles is forbidden by the constitution.

McCain hopes that our detention of hundreds of juveniles in US torture chambers abroad may convince the kiddy killers league to reconsider US membership. The DPJOL initially expressed doubt that this would make a difference: "Torture is good but if the electrocution stops short of death it violates our by laws."
