image for A Convenient Truth - Al Gore admits he was wrong
The Greenhouse Effect - It's like a load of plastic people stuck in an upturned bowl. Apparently.

In what is being described as the twist of the century , Al Gore, star of hit documentary 'An Inconvenient Truth' has sensationally admitted that he was wrong about Global Warming.

Speaking at the Carestore Family Health Superstore in Iowa, Neew Jersey Gore said, "I cannot guarantee that everything I said was based on fact." When asked how he could say this, he replied "I just said what they told me to say in the script."

I asked him if he did not think spouting 'facts' about something he knew nothing about was slightly misleading. He replied "If it's good enough for the president of the United States of America, then it's good enough for me." I asked him what he meant by that but he stated that he had to buy some nappies before the store closed. I pointed out that the store didn't close for another five hours to which he pointed to the ceiling with a look of shock on his face and shouted "What's that?"

I quickly looked up to see nothing but some flaking paintwork. By the time I realised it was a childish ploy to distract my attention, Gore was gone.

I decided to buy a packet of onion rings and made my way home.
