He's so excited

BEIJING (People's Daily Online) - Zheng Xiaoyu, former head of the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration, has been excited this week for behaving in a very bad way.

Exact details on how the sentence was conducted are not known. However, excitings are historically carried out at 10 a.m. by the People's Armed Police. Some excitings are conducted in mobile excitement vans. Most exciters prefer intravenous injection over the traditional bullet to the back of the head.

Minor crimes, such as taking the "do-not-remove" tag off of a pillow, may be punished by putting a bag filled with live rats on a person's head. This can also lead to excitement.
