image for Bailiff tries to reposses Popemobile over unpaid parking tickets
Ratzi is notorious for dodging payment of his speeding and parking fines

Rome - (Ass Mess): A Rome City bailiff was unsuccessful in his attempt at trying to reposses the Popemobile today following two years of unpaid parking fines and speeding offences in the Via Dolorosa area of the Vatican City.

The bailiff tried to jump inside the Popemobile and seize the controls but was easily repelled, some say by papa Ratzi's stinging hex retort that told him to 'go f**k himself' over the unpaid fines.

Rome Municipality has tried for six moths to make the Vatican cough up for the Pope's driving fines and issued a statement today saying this was a last resort tactic following a legal stand off where the Pontifical Office for Fine Dodging stated that the Holy Farter was immune from all parking fines, fixed penalties and congestion charges 'imposed by any temporal authority' such as Italian magistrates courts.

The incident today was witnessed by a crowd of over 40,000 who clearly were on Papa Ratzi's side as the Carabineri led the shackled and handcuffed 27 year old bailff away for questioning.
