Tijuana, Mexico (FP) - President Bush and Condoleezza Rice's long suspected love child has been discovered living in a housing project in Tijuana, Mexico, officials reported Friday.

"We found the little lad playing in a puddle outside of a derelict housing project" reported the Scottish tourists who found the boy. He had been organizing his toy soldiers to assault an anthill when he was discovered, reported the couple. "We never suspected this was the love child until he spoke in his pigeon English, French, Spanish, Mandarin-Chinese, Latin, and Sanskrit, which led us to believe we had discovered the long sought after love child of Bush and Rice. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little," continued the couple.

"Je suis le peu de decider - Ich bin das wenig decider" the boy exclaimed, in broken French and German to the astonishment of Mexican officials.

The White House has sent representatives to "investigate" the allegations that the child in question has been found. "I didn't think that cyborgs could have children," said one of the team sent by the President.

"That's my baby's daddy" Rice was seen shouting at Air Force One outside the White House Friday, as she continued to flail her arms in the air wildly. Rice was soon escorted off the White House property by security.

President Bush was not available for comment, but a spokesman for the White House reported the President would be willing to meet with the press to deflect any questions about the finding.
