image for Bush states "It's safer for our troops to be in Iraq, they stand more chance of being shot at home!"
Our troops, out of harms way.

President George W Bush has gone on record to say that he will not sign any bill that declares dates for troop withdrawal as this would be detrimental to the war effort and harm more troops in the long run.

The Nevada Democrat, Harry Reid says that Bush is in cloud cuckoo land, the American people, Congress and military leaders all agree that a date should be set for troop withdrawal. Bush however has told them all to shut the hell up and stop meddling in his military strategy and will resist any future attempts to make him accountable to anyone, especially the voters, "and anyway" he continued, "they are a lot safer oversees than in America, they are less likely to get shot for one thing".
