With the Australian government falling into disarray with the ongoing leadership musical chairs it appears even basic public governance duties are now being abandoned.
It has been reported in the international media that the purchase of Australian citizens personal data is easily possible from the Dark Web. Apparently it has been obtained from the Federal Welfare Agency and whilst early reports were it had been hacked, recent allegations are clustering around CentreLink having sold them. Adding even further insult to injury to insult after the recent robo-debt scandal which saw thousands of poor people threatened by the thugs from Debt Collectors for debts the did not owe.
After this ruthless attack on their democratic rights it came to light the system algorithms were written by an outsourced company called Drunken High School Kids Hack Garage. Department spokespinner was afronted when reporters pointed out that they could be a bit dodgy. "They underwent the most rogorous security vetting and we deny that DHSKHG had any Russian affiliations and it was purely coincidental they were at the same meeting with Putin that Flynn was".
It turned out this was true but DHSKHG's systems were in fact hacked by the Drunken High School Kids Hack Garage Predators Club who did have Russian links via WikiLeaks. Assange denies getting it from the Russians via the DHSKHGPG, the Australian End of the operation said he didn't have to steal it, it was offered for sale from the Agency directly.
However not long after that Assange discovered CentreLink was using the DHSKHG hosting facility and it had virtually non-existent security including having their firewall turned off. So he just downloaded the entire site to the Colombian Embassy in London and used the russian version for data validation.
Assange denies any wrong doing saying he is running a superior public service, because NO ONE can get any information from behind the veil of departmental secrecy. So he is helping those attacked under the robo-debt scam by giving them the information they need to defend themselves.
The Civil Rights Groups have petitioned the courts to suspend robo-debt stating this breaches their international human rights. The Minister Tudge replied "This is about the law and is nothing to do with the courts and we do not recognise that international treaty, and we will ramp up robo-debt with roaming death squads if we don't reach our financial targets in time".
