image for Search for Plane - Nuclear Sub Finds Julia Gillard's Missing Handbag
Emergency frequency

A promising possible "Black Box" found by a search submarine looking for the missing Boeing 777 was opened yesterday and found to contain an ATM Card, Cell Phone, Purse, Crumpled Tissues, Hand Cream, Hair Brush, Keys, Lip Balm, Nail File, Makeup case, Pens, Wallet of credit cards, Bottled Water, Paperback Book, Magazine, Newspaper, Shoes and a cuddly toy. It was disappointingly identified as Julia Gillard's handbag, lost in a routine Australian mugging two years ago.

The Black Box shaped handbag contained nuclear launch codes and was broadcasting on a reserved frequency. It had apparently become snagged on what appeared to be Osama Bin Laden, triggering an international alarm and a 10 million dollar reward offer.
