PYONGYANG, North Korea - President Kim Jong Un of North Korea was to have met with President Raul Castro of Cuba on April 1, 2014.
But according to North Korea's Rice Paddy National News Agency the meeting date was moved up one month to March 1, 2014, as per the request of the North Korean leader.
Kim Jong Un is reportedly happy as hell that the Cuban president has agreed to let him set up a missile base on his island.
In exchange for the missile base North Korea will be sending Cuba 600,000 pounds of its finest rice.
President Castro has said that it is a great day for the little country of Cuba who has always lived under the shadow of the United States.
A source inside the North Korean government has said that North Korea plans to set up its missile base at a location 16½ miles south of Havana.
SIDENOTE: President Obama has told the Cuban government that he is not happy with this deal and he will most likely send in a team of Navy Seals to see that this missile base setup does not take place.
