"Yes we can rehabilitate terrorists" says Obama

President Barrack Obama announced in a press conference from the White House Rose Garden today that the controversial terrorist detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba will be closed by the end of the year.

Obama said that detainees will go into foster care in the United States and will be placed up for adoption.

"I think we have found a solution to the very difficult and delicate problem of what to do with the residents of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba" said the president.

Obama went on to say that with the foster care and adoption initiative that men who used to be terrorists can be rehabilitated and become productive members of society.
