image for USAID gives $625,000 to Cherie Blair cha-ri-dee 'to help African women set up own mobile hacking scams'
Doshing up yet more female entrepreneurs, eh, Cherie??

Washington - The niche funding opportunity arose following the collapse of Rupert Murdoch's NewsCorpse Inc's controversial off-piste news gathering superstructure.

Fierce lobbying by daft Scouser Cherry Bush saw the USAID slush fund run by Hillary Clinton dosh up an African good deeds shopfront run by the UK's most cynical slag.

A check for $625,000 [£405,000] made out to her Foundation for Women is apparently targeting female entrepreneurs [sic] - just like Cherie! - in African countries such as Tanzania, Ghana and Rwanda.

Commenting on the US taxpayer handout a USAID spokesperson said the grant was meant for an 'innovative project' to help launch mobile telephone-related businesses.

"WTF?" was the considered response.

However documents seen by QM-NewsCorpse stringers confirms the deal was nodded through by Hillary Clinton during her remit as US Secretary of State.

It is the second wacking great big USAID hand-out to a member of the Blair Evil Empire following a check for $850,000+ [£550,000] that Tony Blair's African Governance Initiative received from Mrs Clinton in 2011.

Expect the next lucky Brit recipients to include Prince Harry, currently pimping his Foundation arse in the USA to anyone with a spare million or so.

Rebekah Brooks is 69.
