When 13 year-old Harry Macintosh, an pupil of St. David's High School in Ontario, Canada, neglected to hand in his homework on the morning of Monday 9th, a shocking turn of events meant that his dog, 4 year-old German shepherd Indiana, was placed in a 45 minute detention within the premises.
Speaking to the key witness, Miss Tilsen, who administered said detention to the canine, a tangled web of doggy deceit begins to unravel. "Harry's testimony was heart-breaking." said the 24 year-old mother of none. "My heart went out to him when he told me about the effort he'd put into writing that report on Soviet Russia, only to have to face the unbearable pain of it being chewed up and ingested before his big, blue, innocent eyes! It is truly a disgrace".
After a discussion with the boy's parents it is as yet undecided as to whether the severity of this selfish act will lead to the treacherous canine in question being put down. "It is obviously a big deal. No question." said Harriet Macintosh, the boy's mother "And me and his Dad are seriously considering the possibility of putting down the dog." Eric Macintosh, Harry's father, gave their position some clarity. "The way I see it, this is my boy's education and there ain't no mutt, no matter how cute, that's gonna mess this up for my son. I'd kill her myself if I had a gun, the stupid bitch!".
This is not Indiana's first brush with authorities. It is alleged she had previously been guilty of stealing from the refrigerator and urinating in the living room. When questioned, the accused refused to comment. Whatever the outcome, one thing is for sure: developments on the dog's fate are sure to follow.
