The FBI and CIA have combined to give the lowdown on how they tracked down Osama Bin Laden.
Knowing Bin Laden was not a modest man they got a message through to him that he was to star in an episode of an American soap. The opportunity to get the Al Queda message across to his enemies was too attractive to the terrorist leader for him to refuse.
With visions of his name in lights on Broadway negotiations began for the show to be filmed. His wife was also keen on the idea and one of his son's who had always felt left out wanted to play a part.
Knowing the American market some concessions had to be made and Mrs Bin felt a sexual congress would go down well in the real Congress. An added bit of spice would be their son discovering his parents together and finding out how babies are made.
It was a good plot geared to the American market. An audience of around 12 hand picked Americans was engaged to view the final rehersal. It was an exciting episode with guns firing and bodies all over the place - but something had gone dreadfully wrong.
Someone had put live ammunition in the guns and three people were killed. The TV audience thought the programme was very realistic and the acting brilliant.
'That was great' declared TV viewer Barrack Obama 'our TV is rightly the envy of the world. It is a proud day for America.'
A follow up programme is planned but no one yet knows when or where it will be filmed.
